- Why isn't the price on this page?
- Because we are still setting it with the first contractors using Ridgework, and we would rather quote you honestly than publish a number we change next month. Ask on the call and you'll get a straight answer.
- Can I sign up right now?
- Not yet. We set up each workspace by hand today. It means you get a working system with your stages and roles already in it, and it means we can only take on so many at a time.
- Can I get my data back out?
- Your records are yours. Being straight with you: there is no one-click export button in the product yet. Today we pull your data for you when you ask. That is worth knowing before you move in rather than after.
- Do I need the mobile app to get value?
- No, but it's most of the point. The web app stands on its own; the phone app is what stops the field and the office keeping separate records.
- Is my card charged if a payment fails?
- A failed payment doesn't lock you out of live job data. You'll get a notice and a chance to fix it before anything changes.
